We are a prominent player in the healthcare technology sector, seeking a skilled HR Advisor or Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a fixed-term contract. This role is essential in facilitating the effective delivery of HR services across various group entities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive HR support across all functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Address employee inquiries and provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations. Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Assist in the formulation and execution of HR initiatives and programs. Create and disseminate internal communications, including wellbeing newsletters, HR updates, and company news. Manage HR administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation efficiently. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and facilitating induction sessions. Support offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination documentation.

Candidate Profile

What We Seek: A personable individual with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases effectively is essential.

Experience as an HR Advisor, with a solid understanding of general HR functions. Proven track record in managing disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management, with the capability to conduct thorough investigations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and report generation; familiarity with Microsoft Word features such as mail merge is required. Experience with HR software, particularly People HR, is advantageous. Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. CIPD Level 5 and Mental Health First Aider certification are desirable but not mandatory.
