We are a prominent player in the healthcare technology sector, seeking a skilled HR Advisor or Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a fixed-term contract. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive HR services across various group entities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver extensive HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Address employee inquiries and offer guidance on HR policies and best practices. Ensure accurate and current employee records while adhering to data protection standards. Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to pinpoint trends and improvement opportunities. Assist in crafting and executing HR initiatives and programs. Develop and disseminate internal communications, including newsletters and HR updates. Manage HR administrative tasks, including the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and induction sessions. Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination paperwork.

Candidate Profile

What We Seek: A personable individual with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases is essential.

Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a solid grasp of general HR functions. Demonstrated experience in handling disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and report generation; familiarity with Microsoft Word is also required. Experience with HR software, particularly People HR, is advantageous. Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Understanding of employment law and regulations. CIPD Level 5 and Mental Health First Aider Certificate are preferred but not mandatory.
