Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored behaviour support plans.
  • Engage with students individually and in small groups to enhance behaviour and social skills.
  • Partner with educators, SENCOs, and external organizations to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, modifying strategies as necessary.
  • Encourage a safe, inclusive, and affirmative school culture.

  • Experience in behaviour support or a related field, preferably within an alternative provision or special education context.
  • Strong grasp of behaviour management techniques and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building effective relationships with students, staff, and families.
