Position Overview

Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office weekly.

JGA Recruitment Group is collaborating with a dynamic manufacturing organization in search of an HR Systems Specialist. This role involves taking charge of the HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems, focusing on project management, process enhancement, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance current systems for optimal performance.
  • Facilitate reporting needs from human resource systems.
  • Research and deploy new system solutions.
  • Draft project documentation and technical specifications.
  • Oversee system access and permissions, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Ensure system compliance with data protection regulations and perform data cleansing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for system development and testing.
  • Create training materials and offer user support.
  • Act as the primary contact for system-related inquiries.
  • Track system usage and provide reports on adoption levels.
  • Assist in project initiatives aimed at process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Uphold safety and quality benchmarks in all operations.
  • Fulfill duty of care responsibilities to employees and stakeholders.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
