Role Overview

Join our innovative healthcare technology organization as an HR Advisor or Business Partner on a fixed-term contract. As part of our dedicated HR team, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive HR services across various subsidiaries. This multifaceted position will engage you in diverse HR functions, enabling you to refine your skills and gain valuable experience. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver extensive HR support across all facets, including employee relations, performance oversight, and HR administration.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate and current employee records while adhering to data protection laws.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and disseminate internal communications, such as wellbeing newsletters and HR updates.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters and employment contracts with precision.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and orientation sessions.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination documentation.

Candidate Profile

Desired Qualifications We are looking for an individual with a personable demeanor and a strong work ethic. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively.

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a solid grasp of general HR functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and absence management, with the capacity to conduct thorough investigations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and report generation; familiarity with Microsoft Word features is necessary.
  • Experience with HR software, particularly People HR, is advantageous.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • CIPD Level 5 and Mental Health First Aider certification are preferred but not mandatory.
