About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our operational management teams across various regions and central support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce a monthly reporting pack, including financial and non-financial performance information and narrative, to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality budgets, management accounts, projections, and financial plans for business areas, ensuring effective control and oversight of operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient user of Excel and other Office365 products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
