About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our Operations team in London, Chester, or Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining senior connectivity with our top Global Markets clients, conducting cross-product broker reviews, and providing thought leadership and educational training on industry topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve operational escalations for Priority Clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of client escalations.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to improve processes, Straight-Through Processing (STP), and client efficiency.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and senior management reviews, and conduct client operations reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to conduct confident discussions with clients.
  • Knowledge of global markets operations and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with clients and a cross-section of groups at various levels.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to collaborate, build trust, and influence colleagues.
  • Experience in connecting with diverse clients and internal stakeholders to understand future business needs.
  • Ability to participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve clients.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in French language is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
