About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Green Park Content. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving account growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, driving account growth and revenue.
  • Project Management
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and partners.
    • Participate in business development initiatives, such as market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account growth, and project development.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
