Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Porter to facilitate the efficient operation of services at Compass Group UK & Ireland, working on a full-time basis with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Porter, your role will encompass maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the lobby and communal areas are consistently clean and organized.
  • Assisting the housekeeping and dining teams in preparing rooms and rearranging furniture as needed.
  • Managing specific reception tasks, such as coordinating theatre bookings and restaurant reservations.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Performing errands as required to support operations.
  • Maintaining customer safety by managing signage for wet floors or other hazards.
