We are seeking a highly motivated and determined Sales Team Lead to join our growing sales team at Neilson Financial Services. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular coaching and development sessions with sales agents to improve performance
  • Create a high-energy environment to drive optimum results through team meetings, incentives, and recognition programs
  • Monitor and report on business unit performance, taking accountability for team results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and processes to provide expert guidance to the team
  • Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and leadership to drive business results
  • Contribute to the success of the company by upholding our core values of Customer Focus, Results Driven, and Team Spirited

Requirements

  • Sales management experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Resilience, hard work, and a high energy level
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales agents
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and retain information quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a demanding sales environment
  • Able to commit to 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexible shifts
