Key Responsibilities:
* Review online content to ensure all imagery and content is accurate and up to date
* Communicate new product launches and tailor quotes
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to see products through to launch on various e-commerce platforms
* Optimize existing web content to improve and maximize sales potential
* Analyze sales performance and proactively address potential negative trends
* Regular reporting on KPIs to senior management
Requirements:
* Experience working with online retailers
* Strong customer service skills
* Data analysis and KPI reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
* Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential
* Proven ability to develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers
* Experience of working with PIM would also be an advantage, but not essential
