Evolution Recruit are currently searching for a **Warehouse/Transport Administrator **to help add to their growing team based in **Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire**.
- To maintain rackmaster system and staffing
- Managing two large warehouse's
- To provide administration service to account holders.
- To cover for the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator.
- Respond to account handlers’ requests.
- Provide labels and delivery instructions to overnight carriers and keep destinations on file e.g., FedEx.
- To check overnight carriers following day’s deliveries are in transit.
- To identify shortages same day of delivery and report to account handlers.
- To raise official purchase orders to transport companies and outworkers.
- To check all invoices against delivery sheets.
- To undertake the responsibility for nominated customer distribution deliveries (i.e., overnight couriers label information) in full.
- Liaise with the senior warehouse & logistics coordinator/production planning manager.
- Scan Pod’s and put them onto the Account Mangers folder.
- To produce pick and pack lists.
- Book in, manage and invoice dept jobs in Prism.
- Maintain stock control and counts for dept work.
- Warehouse reporting for the Warehouse Manager.
- Prism cost update end of every month.
- Provide warehouse with relevant customers check sheets.
- Work with Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator on customer deliveries and quantities.
- Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its associated policies.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time

**Hours of work -** Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, please understand hours may differ to meet company demands at peak times so you must be flexible.

**This is a temporary - permanent position and will be taken on by the client once completed the probation period**

**Previous transport/warehouse admin experience is essential**
