About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Liverpool FC as a Transport and Fleet Coordinator. This role will assist with the management of the transport logistics for the Academy and fleet vehicles for the wider club. The role is a part time position, working Friday - Monday (includes weekends).
**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for all scheduling of journeys of up to 3 LFC drivers
- Creating routes and problem solving on any issues
- Communication and management of all academy users accounts
- Tracking vehicles and managing any ad hoc requests
- Manage and book Third Party transport providers where necessary
- Ensuring safeguarding is in place at all times
- Managing servicing and repairs on vehicles and ensuring safety packs are up to date in all vehicles
- Support drivers when necessary
- Supporting the club-on-club events and managing any transportation requests
- Compliance should be adhered to at all times
- Recording of activity and producing reports on driver performance
- Completing checks on driving licences on a regular basis and recording any changes
- Responsible for ensuring all vehicle insurance and taxation is up to date and correct
- Responsibility for vehicle movements and in position to react to any issues that may arise
