Daylesford, Bamford, and Daylesford Stays are part of an extraordinary group of businesses, based at Daylesford Organic farm in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Daylesford - The seed that grew into Daylesford Organic was sown over forty years ago when Carole Bamford recognised the importance and benefits of organic farming. Daylesford Stays - our hospitality division encompasses a collection of traditional Cotswold-stone cottages and modern British Inns; existing pubs The Wild Rabbit, The Fox at Oddington, The Bell at Charlbury, and The Three Horseshoes at Asthall.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Your main responsibilities will be around accurate, timely and high-quality execution of corporate gifting orders across Daylesford and Bamford. This will involve invoicing, picking orders, managing stock, aiding the quality control process and customer experience from first order to safe delivery.

**YOUR ROLE**
- To help the Senior Corporate Sales Manager action orders as swiftly as possible ensuring efficient, knowledgeable and engaging customer service whilst portraying our brand image.
- Working closely with despatch teams to ensure products are ready to be sent out when required, including packing orders ready for shipment.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately in a timely manner to our expected high standards.
- Oversee the corporate stock holding, actioning daily ordering, transfers etc.
- Understand corporate invoicing and our relationship with accounts, tracking payments received.
- Ensure quality control for all orders, to ensure accuracy of contents and presentation is at the standard required for a luxury brand.
- Process all sales through the till and helping with daily banking tasks.
- Problem resolution, handling challenges within the business and our customers, ensuring any issues are quickly solved.
- Spotting process improvements, to help reduce manual tasks and streamline efforts.
- Oversee the Personal Shopping channel when required.

**SKILLS YOU WILL BRING**
- You should be well organised and able to juggle various tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self starter with high energy and keen to look for opportunities.
- Flexible and keen to help wherever possible.
- Be able to prioritise and be reactive.
- Great communication skills with both clients and the wider business.
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred, not essential.
- A flair for creativity would be useful.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy, ability to spot any issues early on.
- Resilience and ability to cope under pressure over key seasonal periods.
- Ability to help other areas of the business when required, particularly in the lead up to Christmas.
