Overview of the Role

The UK People Operations Partner & Global Projects Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of local human resources operations and strategy within the UK. This position will also serve as the project manager for various global human resources initiatives. The focus will be on providing an exceptional employment experience for both employees and healthcare professionals (HCPs), while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and supporting UK employees and their managers in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and general HR guidance.

  • Promotes a positive employee experience while ensuring adherence to local employment regulations. Acts as the primary contact for research and compliance matters.
  • Functions as the HR escalation point for all UK staff, in collaboration with global coordinators.
  • Collaborates with local and international leadership to proactively meet strategic objectives.
  • Manages workflow and project timelines for all global human resources initiatives, working closely with the People Partner team to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Enhances the New Employee Onboarding Experience by being the primary contact for new hires during their onboarding process.
  • Assists managers with employee relations, organizational change, and design activities within the UK and beyond as necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements and provides effective support to employees, healthcare professionals, and managers throughout the process.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Experience in establishing local operations and enhancing the capabilities of local HR teams.

Experience working within an international matrix organization.

Familiarity with UK employment regulations.

Experience in HRIS selection and management.

Project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
