Overview of the Role
The UK People Operations Partner will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of local human resources operations and strategy within the UK, while also serving as the project manager for global HR initiatives. This position emphasizes the delivery of an exceptional employee and healthcare professional (HCP) experience, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and supporting UK employees and their managers with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and general HR guidance.
- Advocates for an outstanding employee experience while ensuring adherence to local employment regulations. Acts as the primary contact for research and compliance matters.
- Functions as the HR escalation point for all UK staff, in collaboration with global coordinators.
- Collaborates with local and international leadership to proactively meet strategic objectives.
- Manages workflow for all global HR projects, working closely with the People Partner team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Enhances the New Employee Onboarding Experience by being the primary contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.
- Assists managers with employee relations, organizational change, and design initiatives within the UK and beyond as necessary.
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements and provides effective support to employees, healthcare professionals, and managers throughout the process.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Demonstrated experience in establishing local operations and enhancing the capabilities of the local HR team.
Experience working within an international matrix organization.
Knowledge of UK employment regulations.
Experience with HRIS selection and management.
Project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
