Skelmersdale, Lancashire, United Kingdom Essity Full time

About the Position

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and managing defined transactional HR services in accordance with established protocols, ensuring efficient, precise, and timely delivery to relevant stakeholders. You will adhere to

local legislation and collective agreements while simultaneously aligning with global

procedures, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and service excellence.

This is a permanent, hybrid position operating Monday through Friday.

We seek individuals who embody our core values, are willing to challenge the status quo,

innovate, experiment, and adapt swiftly. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance our offerings and ourselves. If this resonates with you, we would be pleased to connect.

Responsibilities

Provide transactional HR services to the organization in line with established guidelines to ensure HR-related matters are handled promptly and accurately. Maintain employee records either manually or within a human resources information system (Workday) to ensure data accuracy and security, collaborating with employees, managers, HR colleagues, and external agencies. Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure HR process delivery as outlined in Service Level Agreements and service support models. Contribute actively to the team by proposing ideas for system enhancements and modifications based on user feedback. Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, as well as legal requirements and collective agreements.

Candidate Profile

With a background in HR Administration or related support functions, you should possess a strong desire to learn and apply your knowledge in existing global processes. Additionally, you will demonstrate how your ongoing focus on solution-finding has established you as a reliable resource. Given the nature of the role and the organization's service-oriented essence, a robust service mindset and collaborative abilities are highly valued.

Furthermore, you will:

Illustrate how you have proactively contributed to achieving business outcomes. Exhibit the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment where new systems and processes are implemented. Ideally possess experience with the Workday HR system, although comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate. Ideally hold relevant qualifications for providing HR Administration services, such as CIPD level 3.
