Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR department, assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and facilitating internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job advert creation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to GDPR regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication related to HR matters, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and requests.
  • Coordinate HR projects and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Process staff queries and provide prompt responses, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
