About Police Digital Service

Police Digital Service strives to be the go-to partner for technology developments and programmes across UK policing.

The National Management Centre (NMC) is part of Police Digital Service and provides visibility and control of information risks for policing.

It supports the 24x7x365 nature of police operations, providing a threat detection and response capability for digital services before, during and after cyber-attacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the NMC Cyber Liaison Manager to set strategy and NMC Cyber Liaison Team work ethic.
  • Designated support and deputy for the NMC Cyber Liaison Manager.
  • Operational coordination and point of contact of the NMC Cyber Liaison Team.
  • Ensuring the demands of the NMC Cyber Liaison Team are adequately resourced to meet day-to-day team objectives.
  • Monitor quality of outputs from the NMC Cyber Liaison Team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the NMC Cyber Liaison Team is adequately resourced to meet day-to-day objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the NMC Cyber Liaison Manager to set strategy and work ethic.

They will also provide designated support and deputy for the NMC Cyber Liaison Manager.

Additionally, they will be responsible for operational coordination and point of contact of the NMC Cyber Liaison Team.

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum.
