About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd. As a Retrofit Assessment Professional, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments in accordance with PAS2035:2019 requirements and Accreditation Body Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting energy assessments for individual properties to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Using in-house solutions and customer-provided solutions to carry out energy assessments required for SHDF/ECO4/GBIS funding requirements.
  • Deploying to the North West to carry out energy assessments for Sustainable Energy Services and Sustainable Building Services as required.
  • Traveling to locations to support the assessment and review of properties in need of energy efficiency improvements.
  • Working with sub-contracted Retrofit Coordinators to ensure joined-up thinking is applied to funding requirements.
  • Arranging diaries with the Sustainable Energy Services team or Local Site Manager/Tenant Liaison Officers to access residents' homes at the right time.
  • Ensuring all documentation is collated and administered to the right point of collection for administrators, Retrofit Coordinators, or managers to review.
  • Being presentable, punctual, and professional in engagement with residents, customers, and company employees.
  • Ensuring line management understands availability and plans for the week ahead to ensure appropriate utilization of capacity.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience surveying/assessing properties for energy efficient improvements.
  • Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and Retrofit Assessment.

Compensation Package:

£40,000 to £44,000 plus Car Allowance.
