What you'll do :
As the Transformation Programme Coordinator within the Transformation Division, you will be vital in shaping and executing the organization’s transformation strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Programme Integration, your duties will include providing oversight, ensuring connectivity, and delivering value-added reporting to guarantee the success of transformation projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all transformation-related efforts, facilitating collaboration across functions and maintaining consistency in programme data and understanding.

Furthermore, you will manage interdependencies, oversee programme RAID logs and mitigation strategies, and assist in creating clear and regular reports for programme stakeholders and leadership. Your role will also involve fostering end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, engaging with other Programme Integration teams, and utilizing best practices. Ultimately, your position will be crucial in driving change delivery, promoting a transformation mindset, and ensuring the successful execution of major change initiatives across the organization.

You are an experienced professional with a growth-oriented mindset and a proven track record in successfully implementing significant change initiatives across various functions. With your strong organizational capabilities and structured problem-solving approach, you excel in providing clarity and assurance around project and benefit delivery, ensuring consistent data capture and programme information.

You are skilled at risk mitigation and facilitating issue resolution, all while maintaining regular, high-quality engagement with key transformation leaders.
