What you'll do :
As the Transformation Programme Coordinator within the Transformation Division, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the organization's transformation strategy. In close collaboration with the Head of Programme Integration, your duties will encompass providing oversight, connectivity, and valuable reporting to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all transformation-related efforts, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration and maintaining uniformity in programme data and comprehension.

Furthermore, you will manage interdependencies, oversee programme RAID logs and mitigation strategies, and assist in the development of clear and consistent reporting for programme stakeholders and leadership. Your responsibilities will also include fostering end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, engaging with other Programme Integration teams, and utilizing best practices. Ultimately, your role will be crucial in driving change delivery, promoting a transformation mindset, and ensuring the successful execution of significant change projects and programmes across the organization.
