Job Title: Digital Transformation Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager to lead our digitalisation efforts in adult social care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading complex projects in the healthcare sector.

The programme will focus on digitalising adult social care services across South East London, working closely with care providers and stakeholders to implement digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and care experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of digital transformation principles and practices, with experience in implementing digital solutions in complex healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital transformation programme, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement digital solutions
  • Manage a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with care providers, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or information technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading complex projects in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and practices, with experience in implementing digital solutions in complex healthcare environments

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on programme performance.
