Key Responsibilities :
As the Transformation Programme Coordinator within the Transformation Division, you will play a vital role in defining and executing the organization’s transformation agenda. Collaborating closely with the Head of Programme Coordination, your duties will include providing oversight, connectivity, and value-added reporting to ensure the success of transformation initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for all transformation-related activities, facilitating collaboration across functions and maintaining consistency in programme data and understanding.

Furthermore, you will manage interdependencies, oversee programme RAID logs and mitigation strategies, and assist in creating clear and regular reporting for programme stakeholders and leadership. Your role will also involve fostering end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, engaging with other Programme Coordination teams, and leveraging best practices. Ultimately, your position will be crucial in driving change delivery, promoting a transformation mindset, and ensuring the successful execution of major change projects and programmes across the organization.
