What you'll do :
In your capacity as the Transformation Programme Coordinator within the Transformation Division, you will be pivotal in defining and executing the organization's transformation strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Programme Integration, your duties will include providing comprehensive oversight, fostering connectivity, and delivering insightful reporting to guarantee the success of transformation efforts. You will serve as the primary liaison for all transformation-related initiatives, facilitating collaboration across functions and ensuring consistency in programme data and comprehension.
Furthermore, you will manage interdependencies, maintain programme RAID logs and mitigation strategies, and assist in generating clear and regular updates for programme stakeholders and leadership. Your role will also encompass promoting end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, collaborating with other Programme Integration teams, and utilizing best practices. Ultimately, your contributions will be crucial in driving change delivery, fostering a transformation mindset, and ensuring the successful execution of significant change projects and programmes throughout the organization.
