Your Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's long-term Transformation strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Programme Integration, you will act as the primary liaison for all transformation initiatives within your assigned domain.

Our transformation efforts span the entire organization, including Sainsbury's Food, Argos & General Merchandise, Nectar, and our Operating Model. Regardless of the specific programme you support, you will be at the forefront of significant organizational change, driving impactful results for our customers, colleagues, and the business.

Your core duties will encompass comprehensive programme management, which includes:

  • Establishing governance frameworks and supporting processes that enhance integration and speed across initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistent data collection and clarity regarding programme details.
  • Documenting and managing interdependencies, owning RAID logs, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing clear and regular updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and accelerating change delivery.

Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with key transformation leaders, collaborate with other Programme Integration teams, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes and tools.
