Key Responsibilities :
As the Transformation Programme Coordinator within the Transformation Division, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing the organization's transformation strategy. In close collaboration with the Head of Programme Integration, your duties will include providing oversight, ensuring connectivity, and delivering insightful reporting to guarantee the success of transformation projects. You will serve as the primary liaison for all transformation-related activities, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and maintaining uniformity in programme data and comprehension.

Furthermore, you will manage interdependencies, oversee programme risk and issue logs, and assist in the creation of clear and regular updates for programme stakeholders and leadership. Your role will also involve promoting end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, engaging with other Programme Integration teams, and applying best practices. Ultimately, your contributions will be essential in driving change delivery, fostering a transformation mindset, and ensuring the successful execution of significant change projects and programmes across the organization.

You are an experienced professional with a growth-oriented mindset and a proven track record in successfully executing major change projects and programmes across various functions. Your strong organizational capabilities and structured problem-solving approach enable you to provide clarity and assurance regarding project and benefit delivery, ensuring consistent data collection and programme information.
