Overview:

Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a transformation programme focused on sales excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programmes and will be responsible for driving business growth through effective programme management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders and programme sponsors.
  • Change Management: Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of programme managers and coordinators to deliver the programme objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical experts, and project managers, to ensure effective programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong Programme Management Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on sales excellence.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of programme managers and coordinators.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and systems.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Programme Management Professional (PgMP) certificate or MSP Professional is an advantage.
