Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to join our team at the Illinois CPA Society. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for driving business programme execution within our organisation, shaping and initiating programmes, and driving planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes
- Manage programme risks and ensure effective risk mitigation
- Engage with stakeholders to build support and buy-in for programme initiatives
- Monitor and report on programme progress and performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in programme management within a global banking institution
- Deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking and programme management principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
