Job Summary:
A highly experienced Programme Manager is required to join Alexander Ash Consulting, with a strong background in commercial/wholesale banking and a proven track record of driving business programme execution within complex global banking organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shaping and initiating programmes through to driving planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Managing and mitigating risks associated with programme delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in programme management within global banking institutions.
- Deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking and a track record of driving business programme execution.
- Structured, end-to-end programme management experience with a proven track record of delivery.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: credit decisioning, risk/RWA, payments, or ESG.
- Business change and transformation background rather than technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.
What We Offer:
A competitive daily rate of £650-690 (c. £800 umbrella) and a hybrid working arrangement with opportunities for professional growth and development.
