Job Summary:

A highly experienced Programme Manager is required to join Alexander Ash Consulting, with a strong background in commercial/wholesale banking and a proven track record of driving business programme execution within complex global banking organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and initiating programmes through to driving planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with programme delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in programme management within global banking institutions.
  • Deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking and a track record of driving business programme execution.
  • Structured, end-to-end programme management experience with a proven track record of delivery.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: credit decisioning, risk/RWA, payments, or ESG.
  • Business change and transformation background rather than technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.
