Job Summary

Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fluent Lithuanian and English language support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Update incidents logged on the Incident Management system and provide end-users with technical solutions within Service Level Agreements
  • Proactively keep customers informed on incident or request status and progress
  • Escalate incidents where a first-time fix is not possible to 2nd line support or the relevant resolver group
  • Adhere to Incident management procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current standard procedures
  • Contribute to team meetings and participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and IT certifications desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service targets
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15, increasing to £17.46 after 3 months
  • A 3-month contract with potential extensions
  • A 7.5-hour day, with a maximum of 2 weekends per month
