Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of the Front Office operation, maintaining a culture of friendly and efficient service, and providing excellent communication with all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional standards of service
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Provide a high standard of training and support to the team
- Participate in Duty Management shifts as required
- Lead and effectively manage the Front Office team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Front Office Management or Senior supervisory experience in a quality hotel
- Excellent knowledge of Front Office procedures and systems
- Positive, 'can do' attitude and drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is a modern hotel located on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront, within easy reach of MediaCityUK. We offer a range of accommodation options, including Standard, Club, and Suite rooms, as well as a traditional menu at the Clippers Brasserie and hearty pub food at the Clippers Bar.
