Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing front office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 12 months management experience in a busy hotel front office environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging culture within the team.
