Front Office Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team at Motel One Manchester-Piccadilly. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
  • Process bookings, overbookings, and options with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest payments, cash transactions, and cash handling with precision.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our front and back office, including managing no-shows and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our multicultural teams to gain insights and develop new skills.
