About the Role

Motel One Manchester-Piccadilly is seeking a skilled Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Process bookings, overbookings, and options in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle invoicing, including managing payments, cash transactions, and cashing up
  • Perform organisational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Front Office Agent, you will have:

  • Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry
  • Excellent hosting skills and a strong sense of quality and service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A solid command of English
