The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport. As a key member of our front office management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptional arrival experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and increase guest satisfaction.
- Manage the front office budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on front office performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 12 months management experience in a busy hotel front office environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
