About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at the new TRIBE hotel in Manchester Airport. As a key member of our launch team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests for bookings promptly, courteously, and efficiently, achieving the best revenue streams.
  • Support recruitment and continual development of the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment. You should also be able to display exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
