Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at the pre-opening stage of our new hotel in Manchester Airport. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience, and achieving the best revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the Front Office operation, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and courteously to customer enquiries and requests.
- Support recruitment and development of the Front Office team, ensuring departmental objectives are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
