Requirements

  • At least 12 months management experience in a busy hotel front office environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
