Job Summary: FPMR Ltd is seeking an exceptional Assistant Concierge & Doorperson to join our team at a luxury residential development in the heart of London.

About the Role: As the first point of contact for residents and their guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, ensuring a seamless transition into the reception area. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting residents and guests with a sincere and efficient welcome
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of welcoming service, including holding doors, assisting with luggage, and providing directions
  • Delivering exceptional service in an intuitive and bespoke manner, representing the development as an ambassador
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Answering questions and assisting clients with reasonable requests
  • Ensuring all residents receive fast, efficient, and friendly service

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, confidence, and approachability
  • Previous experience as a porter in a luxury, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • A passion for delivering service excellence
  • A Full Clean UK or EU driving license, held for more than 2 years, and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
