You will assist participants in brainstorming and executing their projects, promoting independence and confidence. Your role will also involve supporting individuals with visual impairments and learning difficulties, ensuring their safety and well-being.", "Requirements": "To be successful in this role, you will need to be kind, empathetic, and creative. You should have a good sense of humor and enjoy interacting with people. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
