About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Open Dialogue Practitioner to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Peer Supported Open Dialogue Practitioner, you will play a key role in facilitating the development of our Peer Supported Open Dialogue service, working closely with our team to promote and integrate this innovative care model throughout the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate training sessions for staff and trainees to promote the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service
  • Work alongside pod-trained staff and trainees to support service users and their social networks from crisis to recovery
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service into our existing care pathways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the benefits of Peer Supported Open Dialogue and drive service development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service
