About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust as a Leadership Development Facilitator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programmes to create a learning culture within the Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the organisation to understand the leadership development needs of staff and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver programmes to create a learning culture within the Trust, with an emphasis on supportive behaviours.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support staff with their personal development and career planning.
  • Work across all MTW sites, including Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, as well as training venues in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells area.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
