Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the organisation to understand the leadership development needs of staff and stakeholders.

- Work across all MTW sites, including Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, as well as training venues in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells area.
