Reed is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a professional with CIPD Level 3 Qualification and prior HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate identification, reference checks, and employment contract issuance.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives.
  • Provide HR-related support to employees, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
