This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced HR professional to take on a hands-on role, working closely with the HR Director to design and deliver strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in the creation of job specifications and job descriptions.
  • Prepare offers of employment and complete administrative tasks related to this process.
  • Conduct new starter inductions and provide HR support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assist in talent and succession planning, working closely with the HR Management team.
  • Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing staff members.
  • Assist with probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and salary reviews.
  • Manage absence, resignation, and performance-related administrative tasks.
  • Provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Work with the HR Director to optimize the online HR Management System (Cascade HR) and maintain data accuracy.
  • Provide dedicated HR support and proactively implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support change management processes and provide analysis support for HR KPIs.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, such as filing.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR law and changes in the future.
