Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to support the growth and development of their HR Team. This role will involve hands-on involvement in all HR operations, including the design and delivery of strategic objectives led by the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by assisting in the creation of job specifications and job descriptions.

• Prepare offers of employment and complete administrative tasks related to this process.

• Conduct new starter inductions and provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relation issues.

• Assist with probation reviews, annual performance and salary reviews, and administrative tasks related to managing absence, resignation, and performance.

• Work with the HR Director to optimize the online HR Management System (Cascade HR) and maintain its accuracy.

• Provide dedicated HR support and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Support change management processes and provide analysis support to HR Management to report on agreed HR KPIs to the HR Director.

Benefits
