Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete customer journey, transforming interactions into successful vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will equip you with comprehensive training in sales processes, FCA regulations, and compliance through our Sales Orientation program, along with specialized manufacturer training to ensure your expertise remains current.

Candidate Profile:

  • A proven sales professional eager to advance or initiate a career in the automotive sector.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers and offering tailored solutions throughout their purchasing experience.
  • Ability to easily establish rapport with clients and thrive in a target-oriented environment focused on achieving positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive optimal outcomes from every interaction.
  • Address inquiries from both prospective and existing clients regarding new and used vehicle sales.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing exemplary service as the representative of both Marshall and the vehicle brand.
  • Meet individual sales targets by thoroughly understanding and fulfilling customer needs for finance, insurance products, and optional enhancements.
  • Support a consistent flow of inquiries through proactive prospecting and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain specialized knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, engaging in regular training updates.
  • Oversee the vehicle handover process, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Comply with Marshall and industry regulations concerning vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
