Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete customer journey, transforming inquiries into sales of vehicles, financing, and insurance products. We will equip you with comprehensive training in sales processes, FCA regulations, and compliance through our Sales Orientation program, ensuring your expertise remains current to effectively assist our customers.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales with a strong interest in pursuing or advancing a career in the automotive industry.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers and presenting suitable options throughout their purchasing experience.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients effortlessly and thrive in a target-oriented environment focused on achieving positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that every customer interaction results in a positive outcome.

• Address inquiries from both potential and existing customers regarding new and used vehicle sales.

• Guide customers through their purchasing process, delivering outstanding service as the representative of both Marshall and the vehicle brand.

• Meet individual sales objectives by thoroughly understanding and fulfilling customer needs for financing, insurance products, and additional options.

• Support a consistent flow of inquiries through proactive prospecting and marketing efforts.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and available options, participating in regular training updates.

• Oversee the vehicle handover process, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

• Comply with Marshall and industry regulations concerning vehicle sales, financing, and insurance.
