We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at Quest Liverpool City Centre. Our establishment operates around the clock, requiring team members to work either early (7am-3.30pm) or late (3pm-11.30pm) shifts, with occasional night shifts as needed.

This position is part-time, comprising 32 hours per week.

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, ensuring their departure experience is equally pleasant by actively personalizing their needs and travel intentions.
  • Taking initiative to meet customer requirements in a creative and resourceful manner.
  • Engaging in proactive learning and development of administrative tasks, processes, and standards to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Completing all shift-related tasks to the required standards and ensuring comprehensive handovers to subsequent shifts.
