Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Front Office Operations Manager at a prestigious luxury hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that guest experiences exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Front Office Operations Manager, you will oversee the Reception team, ensuring that all guests receive impeccable service throughout their stay. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

Main Duties Include:
  • Leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Training and developing staff to uphold the hotel’s standards.
  • Managing daily operations of the Reception and Switchboard.
  • Ensuring service quality aligns with our 5-star performance criteria.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in Front Office operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A polished and professional appearance, setting the grooming standards for the team.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and hotel management software.
  • Financial acumen to manage departmental budgets effectively.
